UTL has signed a MoU with Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI) for executing quality education in the fields of Semiconductor, Mobile Communication, Networking, Web Technologies. These programs are open to serving engineers of public and private sector organizations as well as state and central government departments, and are updated on regular intervals keeping in mind the industry requirements.

ESCI had taken up prestigious consultancy assignments under World Bank aided projects in Power and Water Resource Sectors. ESCI was awarded the consultancy project of Human Resource improvement Study for the Public Works Department (PWD). Govt. of Karnataka and Sampoorna Grameena Rojgar Yojana (Special Component) by Govt. Andhra Pradesh. Several consultancy projects were also taken up in quality management in large industries.
