UTL- The Regional Extn. Center for VTU

VTU (Visveswaraya Technological University) has signed an agreement with UTL Technologies Ltd. for executing M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems at our corporate premises in Yeshwanthpur. We are conducting this program for both full time and part time candidates. UTL Technologies is the only private institute to run VTU courses. This privilege was accorded to UTL due to its expertise in the field of VLSI design and Embedded Systems. Visveswaraya Technological University, having the jurisdiction throughout Karnataka has more than 125 Engineering colleges affiliated to it.

Association with BITES

UTL Technologies has launched a post graduate program in VLSI Design namely "Industry Certified Professional in Concept to Chip Technology (ICP-CCT)". In association with Board for IT Education Standards (BITES) a government of Karnataka initiative. This program is aptly supported by the special interest group comprising of senior technical members from IBM, Intel, Sasken, Synopsis, Texas Instruments and Wipro. The objective of this two years program is to provide well trained industry ready professionals to the growing VLSI design industry.

Association with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt. of India
UTL Technologies is empanelled with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt. of India for providing specialized programs on telecommunications and semiconductor technologies under their ITEC / SCAAP program. These courses are offered to learners of various countries who come through MEA under various government sponsored programs. Some of the programs offered under this association are

Authorized Training Partner of Altera Semiconductor
Altera has appointed UTL Technologies as their authorized training partner for training their customers on Altera products across India. This training is also extended to universities to create awareness among the students and the faculty members about the tools and technology.
